Kyle Kawasaki built his career on federal megaprojects — government construction and site maintenance programs where the budgets are large, the timelines are long, and the cost of a bad estimate is measured in years.

His work centers on probabilistic risk analysis: modeling the cost and schedule uncertainty that deterministic plans hide, so that project owners can commit to numbers they can defend. That analytical approach traces back to his Marine Corps service in Signals Intelligence, where turning complex, incomplete data into decisions was the job.
